Are you on shape? if you´re not you better shape up quickly ´cause you´ll feel better that way and, it has many many benefits to do so. Sports are great. The variety is greatly large. I know that can be a bit tiring but at the end is worth it. Don´t foget to do so with style!
Me, I love Gymnastics and dancing the most!!! I like several other sports too but, I don´t have the time now to practice them as much. Anyway, i´m the first one to admit it. That´s not an excuse. I´ll make sure to shape up too!! ;p
